Sapphire Partners is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and we aim to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns and management to act upon them.
1.1. This policy sets out Sapphire Partners approach to ensuring that there is not slavery or human trafficking in our business. It applies to all aspects of our business including how we work with our clients, candidates and our suppliers.
1.2. The Managing Director is responsible for this policy and arranging any necessary training on modern slavery and human trafficking for staff.
1.3. This policy applies to all staff including agency workers and consultants.
1.4. This policy does not form part of any employee's contract of employment and Sapphire may amend it at any time.

We work closely with our clients and candidates to promote and bring diverse professional talent to deliver business excellence.
2.2. We are a UK based company working predominantly, but not exclusively, with UK-based clients, candidates and suppliers.
2.3. We have reviewed and assessed our business activities and do not consider that any of our activities are high risk in relation to modern slavery or human trafficking.
3.1. Sapphire Partners is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our dealings with clients, candidates or suppliers. This Statement affirms Sapphire’s intention to act ethically in all our business relationships.
3.2. The following policies set down our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
a) Whistleblowing policy – Sapphire Partners encourages all its workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains.
b) Sapphire Partners Staff Handbook - The Staff Handbook includes a Code of Conduct which sets down the actions and behaviour expected of employees when representing Sapphire Partners.
