Sapphire Partners has been recognised by the FTSE Women Leaders Review for our executive search work supporting companies keen to encourage women into board and leadership roles.
The Review is an independent, business-led framework supported by the Government, which sets recommendations for Britain’s largest companies to improve the representation of Women on Boards and in Leadership positions.
Building on the excellent work of both the Hampton-Alexander and Davies Reviews over the last 10 years, the Review found that target of 33 per cent for Women on Boards was achieved in the aggregate for FTSE 350 companies at the end of 2020, however in the Leadership category firms fell short at 29 per cent.
The first FTSE Women Leaders Review report, including the new recommendations, was published on 22 February 2022.
