Vivienne Artz OBE, Advisory Board Member and Past President, Women in Banking and Finance will be chairing the event.
The programme focussed on the latest results and conclusions of the Parker Review and Race at Work Charter; the challenge of getting ethnic diversity right at all levels in the hybrid working environment and effectively encouraging businesses to do things differently. Why is being“ ethnically diverse” good for business, what should the UK government’s role being monitoring racial inclusion and diversity in the sector and how should it use its powers to accelerate change.
