What are your minimum requirements?
Our clients are seeking experienced professionals. All our candidates will have reached senior positions within their respective fields. The majority will be educated to postgraduate level and have a minimum of 10 years’ management experience.

Do you work only with women?
No. We work with exceptional talented professionals who are the right fit for our client’s’ needs. Relevant skills and experience are always the key determinants. Sapphire is different from other search firms because of our female focus. That said, more high-achieving men are joining our network because of our success.

Do you work internationally?
Yes, we source and find candidates around the world using our international network.  The majority of our clients have a global footprint. 

What type of working patterns are available?
The majority of our placements are full time however we are champions for flexibility and do advise clients on flexible ways of working.

Can you help a candidate who has been out of the workplace for some time?
We are happy to help and advise candidates with management experience who are returning to work after a short career break.  If you have had an extended career break please visit ‘Useful Links’ for information on organisations that are best placed to offer you the help and advice that you need.

How do I become part of the Sapphire network?

Do you include Board appointments?
Absolutely. It is a growing part of our business. Sapphire Partners works with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies as well as ambitious smaller companies and the not-for-profit sector.
