Caroline Turner, Senior Consultant
Caroline has worked as a research and organisational development consultant for over 20 years, for clients in private, public and non-profit sectors across a broad spectrum of industries, in the UK and wider Europe. She has led a range of executive development programmes and has particular expertise in gender diversity and inter-cultural business. Earlier in her career, Caroline was an external consultant in business and enterprise development at the European Commission in Brussels. Graduate of UCL in Anthropology, Caroline holds a Masters in Economics & Marketing from London University and is a doctoral researcher in Talent Management at Cranfield School of Management. She is co-author of Reports on FTSE 350 adoption of the Corporate Governance Code (2013-2014) and the Female FTSE Reports (2014 -2015), published by Cranfield International Centre for Women Leaders. She served as Secretary General on the Board of the British-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (2011-14) and is currently a NED on the board of the Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Europe (COBCOE). Caroline speaks French and Greek.
